Peace, Love & Light!!

I welcome you to journey on this path of finding inner peace, mental health, & a physical health gain. I am a firm believer in fostering good mental health in order to achieve optimal physical health and as I take this journey into receiving a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness, I am finding my more intuitive thoughts to hold true. 


My experience with the Unit 2 exercise was one of reaffirmation that my thoughts in fact control my physical outcome for the day and that I can mentally heal myself. Knowing this tells me that my thoughts are limited to my mental capacity and that I must exercise or train my mid daily. 

My goal with training my mind is that I come to a level of flourishing that will allow me to mentally heal others as well.
